Congratulations, Madonna University Graduates!

2025 Commencement Information

This year, Madonna University will be hosting four individual commencement ceremonies, one for each college/school. Each individual ceremony includes both undergraduate and graduate students of the same college/school. Please see the information below.

Date and Time:

  • Thursday, May 8, at 11am – School of Business
  • Thursday, May 8, at 4pm – College of Arts and Sciences
  • Friday, May 9, at 11am – College of Education and Human Development
  • Friday, May 9, at 4pm – College of Nursing and Health

Location: all ceremonies will take place at the Alliance Catholic Credit Union Arena Performing Arts, Athletics, and Academic Center (PAAAC) at Madonna University – 14680 Newburgh Road Livonia, Michigan

Information for the Graduates and Guests

RSVP For Commencement

  • In order to participate in commencement, graduates must complete the Graduation Participation form. To access the form, students should log into their student portal, then click the "Students" tab, and then click the "Graduation Info 2025" tab. The deadline to complete this form is March 28th. If students have not yet completed their Graduation Participation Form but have plans to participate in their college's commencement ceremony, they must fill out the form no later than April 30th by 5pm. The form will be unavailable after this date.

Tickets

  • Admission to Madonna University’s 2025 Commencement is by ticket only.  All persons are required to have a ticket, including babies and children.  The graduate is also required to have a ticket, which is separate from any guest tickets that are requested. 
  • In order to receive tickets for Commencement 2025, graduates must complete the Graduation Participation Form. This form is available on MYportal for students to complete. 
  • Graduates will receive more information about ticket quantities and instructions on ticket claiming on Monday, April 21st. Tickets are free to request - none are for purchase. 
  • Tickets will be released electronically before the event to the graduate’s Madonna University email. 
  • Ticket quantities are NOT guaranteed and will be determined in accordance with any capacity limitations in place at the time of the event. 
  • The availability of tickets and quantities allotted are subject to change without notice. 
  • Madonna University will follow all state and local health department guidelines in place at the time of the event to ensure the safety of graduates, faculty, staff, and guests.
