Felix Hall & Clare Hall
(Formerly - Living Learning Community Center)
Located on the northeast side of campus, Felix Hall and Clare Hall offer a modern
and community-oriented living experience for students. Both halls share the same floor
plan and amenities, with each floor featuring both a male and female wing.
Room Features
- Single and double rooms available
- Fully furnished bedrooms include a bed frame, twin XL mattress, desk and chair, nightstand,
closet, and dresser
Amenities
- Each wing features four individual full bathrooms, just like you'd have at home, with
a shower, toilet, and sink. Bathrooms are private when in use and shared among residents
of the same gender. Housekeeping staff clean them regularly.
- Fully furnished common areas with seating and a TV available on each floor
- Free laundry facilities located on each floor
- Full kitchen on each floor, including a stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator,
sink, bar top, and barstools
- WiFi access included for no additional charge
- Cable TV available in each bedroom and living room (students must bring their own
cable cord and request activation from IT)
Access & Safety
- Physical keys provide entry to the building, gender-assigned wings, and individual
rooms
- 24/7 front desk located in Felix Hall serves all residential students
- Campus safety monitors campus 24/7 for added security and peace of mind
Meal Plans
- All students living in Felix and Clare Halls are required to have a meal plan

Each room is a little bit different and Residence Life is not able to provide exact
room dimensions or tours of exact rooms. All exact room measurements will have to
be taken upon move-in. Below are ranges for our most common rooms.
