Francis Hall

Located near the center of campus, Francis Hall is Madonna University's largest residence
hall and home to a vibrant and welcoming student community. Offering a variety of
room types and shared spaces, Francis Hall is perfect for students looking to connect,
study, and relax right on campus.
Room Features
- Small single, large single, double, and quad rooms available
- Fully furnished bedrooms include a bed frame, twin XL mattress, desk and chair, sink,
closet, and dresser
- Ethernet ports for gaming devices (students must bring their own cord and request
activation from IT)
Amenities
- Community-style bathrooms shared among residents of the same gender on each floor
and cleaned regularly by housekeeping staff
- Fully furnished common areas with seating and a TV available on each floor
- Kitchenette on each floor with a microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, dining table,
and chairs
- Full kitchen located on the ground floor, including a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator,
sink, vending machines, table, and chairs
- Fully furnished study lounge on the ground floor
- Lakeside Lounge, also on the ground floor, featuring TVs, a ping-pong table, pool
table, piano, and plenty of space for student gatherings
- Free laundry facilities located on the ground floor
